This simple set of 48 adjective cards make 24 pair of opposites.
On one card there is the front of a silly cartoon cat, and on its mate there is the back of the cat, hanging on a wall. The adjectives on the cards are opposites. See pics below for examples.
Use the cards in wall displays, independent matching activities, or classroom group practice.
Randomly pass out the cards at the end of the class, having one student stand up and read their card, and the student with its opposite stand up and read theirs. How many pair can your class make today, before the bell rings?
